The tour was amazing, full of insights and great historical descriptions, our guide Bart, made this experience a very interesting travel in time. Be prepared to listen to a lot of history timelines and details, as well as real comparisons to Hollywood movie 'Schindler's List'. Bart is very experienced and has a great English from which you will understand every piece. The tour was well organized, punctual. If you are interested in the Holocaust history, I highly recommend this tour. Expect to see a museum, not a factory, where you will also walk the famous staircase from the actual movie. The museum has lockers for bags and coats, toilet and cafe with souvenirs. If you book these tickets, you will also have access to visit the Pharmacy from the Ghetto. Enjoy!

This tour was just perfect education for my children who are currently have this subject in history and following watching Schindler's list film a few days before we attended Oscar Schindler's factory was beneficial as my children answered most of the questions asked by the tool guide which made us proud I would highly recommend this tour to anybody. It does open your eyes and we'll leave long lasting memories for our family thank you very much. They even made a ❤️ made of snow outside so proud

I found the tour guide's passion for history and the World War II era captivating and authentic. He conveyed his incredibly broad knowledge in a very understandable way. He also gave impressive accounts of personal examples and his own encounters with people affected by the Holocaust. The despair and drama of that time came across clearly, as did its impact on the present day. Thank you very much for the impressive tour.

The whole process of booking the tour was seamless. Unfortunately I was running late for tour, due to missing my tram stop. I got in touch with Ewa who reassured me that my guide would be informed. My tour guide Michal was waiting patiently for me and was really understanding about my tardiness. Michals' guide through the Factory and the Jewish Ghetto painted a vivid picture of this atrocious time in history. Michal was knowledgeable, personable and enlightened.

The tour experience was easy to book on the website with options of just the factory tour or an extended walk around the Jewish ghetto which we did and thoroughly enjoyed the informative guide who had an abundance of historical information. At then of the walk we also found out that are ticket gave us free entry into the pharmacy museum which had interactive displays and fascinating information about the people and their lives during the war.

This tour was outstanding. Our guides deep understanding and close family and friend history and connections to people who lived through the German occupation made this memorable. Deeply moving and extremely thought provoking. Having also visited Auschwitz-Birkenau a couple of days earlier, the Schindler museum tour added more layers of context. I would really recommend the Schindler tour as an excellent addition to visiting Auschwitz.

The tour of the museum was very informative overall and highly recommended. We took the tour in English and our guide, Ewa, conveyed the information calmly, clearly, and very understandably. Even as German participants, we had no trouble following her, as her pronunciation was very clear and pleasant. Her background knowledge was extensive, well organized, and never overwhelming. Questions were answered in detail and the tour was always friendly, respectful, and professional. The museum itself focuses less on Oskar Schindler as a person and more on the history of National Socialism in Poland and everyday life under German occupation. It is important to know this in advance, but it does not detract from the visit, as the historical context is very impressive and informative. Even after the tour, they took the time to help us further, for example with orientation and recommendations. Overall, a very successful tour that left a lasting impression.

I had the privilege of visiting the Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory Museum today with the guided tour, and the experience was truly outstanding. Our guide delivered an exceptionally professional presentation of the site’s history, blending factual depth with personal insights and a genuine emotional touch. This approach made the complex events profoundly accessible and impactful, allowing the full weight of the place’s history to resonate deeply. The guide’s evident passion, combined with the inherently moving atmosphere of the location, created a memorable and powerful encounter. The detailed explanations were insightful and heartfelt, touching me on a personal level and enhancing my understanding of this important chapter in history. I highly recommend this museum—particularly with the guided tour—for anyone seeking a meaningful and well-presented exploration of Kraków’s wartime past. Thank you to the entire team, especially our exceptional guide, for an unforgettable visit.

The tour was 1 hour and half long. It was explained many details, it started as in a time line starting in how was the life in Poland before the war and everything unfolded afterwards. The tour guide was nice and approachable... The museum was full of documents, pictures and scenarios. It is a tour that I well recommend specially if you like History and facts.

The tour guide was knowledgeable and the tour itself was impactful. however the quality of the audio was not great and there where a group of students wandering around pushing past and being loud , that compounded the issue with the audio as i couldnt hear the guide alot of the time

The tour guide was so knowledgeable and really spoke from the heart at times. A very enjoyable experience which I would highly recommend to get an understanding of what it was like to live in Krakow between 1939 and 1945.
