We didn't have to wait in line to enter the tour, our tour guide met us outside the venue and led us inside after she had explained what would happen and gave us group coloured stickers. The tour was good, although a bit hectic at times with other groups crossing ours, or individual passing our tour group, as we were part of a tour we didn't really have time to look closely at the photographs and memorabilia, but the guide did explain everything fully to us and try to make the history come alive, so it was a trade off between trying to discover for ourselves. Our guide some very good English, but occasionally it was difficult to understand mannerisms, accent etc, but completely understandable between different languages and cultures. Definitely worth visiting!

The guide and tour was excellent. It was difficult at the begining to find the guide and was very confusing as there was not anyone holding a 'Karolina Lis Investment Group sign' as per our booking details. We had to ask several people/guides etc from other tours until we were eventually told we were with another tour! The actual tour and guide was excellent which made up for this but not organised to start with. It was very informative and having a guide made this more enjoyable as you would not get a lot of the information from as elf guided tour plus the information boards etc were in Polish and German So glad we did this and learnt a lot more information about live in Poland pre and during the war etc. Would recommend this.

The museum is amazing. But we were fortunate to have an excellent guide who did more than going through the ropes. He personalized his tour for us, augmenting it with his own family's experience, and those of a few individuals, both good and evil, that are featured in the displays. He conveyed a nuanced picture of Schindler who on the one hand was German, a nazi part member, an exploiter of Jews on the one hand, but who saved many of them by walking on the edge of a sword, so to speak. He was shrewd, clever, and a flawed but ultimately heroic man. Wojciech, our guide, gave us not only an excellent guided tour but also a lot to think about. All nine of us feel lucky to have had him as our guide.

It was a little confusing to find the group at first with another forming & the very large line of people waiting to go in. I had to walk around & look for the sign which was not held up to be clearly viewed. Many people were standing I didn't know what was going to happen next. Leaders informed us what we would be doing and it was very clear what to expect. We walked in and got our whispers and headphones and we're directed to our guide. After we were inside and had everything we needed, the rest of the tour was Easy Peezy. Our guide was fantastic! He kept the pace going I made sure everyone was included. We had a decent size group, so it was quite annoying when other people were coming around the corner and taking up space for our group or not all of us could fit in certain sections. Our guide was kind enough for people to stay behind and take a look at what he just talked about since not everyone was able to fit in the section when he was speaking. He went over the main sections, and skipped over a few, so I made sure to take the time to look at those rooms. Overall, it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend this tour, especially having the guide that we had.

The enterance to Schindler's factory in Kroakow was orgnized very well, we enterd on time and got hearing divice. The guide and the guidness in the museum was very good and intresting. This experience is very recomended.
