Except for the fact that we had booked the tour leaving at 10 a.m. and the time was changed to 5:40 a.m.😓in the end it turned out better than expected because we finished by lunch and had half a day left. The tour is nice with the guide but a bit quick.Margherita was wonderful, very thorough and kind, she gave us useful advice about staying in Krakow as well.Leduc

We were a small group of French people, with an exceptional guide by the name of Anita. The tour was, however, quite demanding.Filipe

Visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau is a deeply moving and sobering experience. It’s not a “beautiful” place in the conventional sense—nor should it be. It is a place that confronts us with the darkest chapters of human history, and reminds us of the unimaginable suffering endured by millions. Our tour was exceptionally well guided by Magdalena m. Her knowledge, sensitivity, and respectful tone were outstanding throughout the visit. She managed to convey historical facts with clarity while also capturing the emotional weight and human stories behind them. Magdalena struck the perfect balance between education and empathy—never overstepping the line into dramatization, but also never letting the gravity of the place fade. This is not a tour you “enjoy” in the traditional sense. It is a tour you carry with you. Thanks to Magdalena, we left not only informed, but emotionally connected to what we had witnessed. Her guidance made all the difference.Katrina
