Booked from Italy online without any problems. Paid online, a price that, in my opinion, was adequate for the offer and the place to visit. Unfortunately, there was no availability for a tour in Italian, but our English-speaking guide (which I understood) was wonderful. The trip was comfortable in a nice vehicle large enough for everyone. The driver was kind and good at driving. The organization in Auschwitz was perfect: a long, comprehensive tour, with extensive explanations and moments of reflection, which are needed here. The closing words of the visit by the guide were beautiful; unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but the organization can find her (visit on June 2, 2026 at 12:40 PM from Krakow). My comments, however, are that this work cannot be done differently here. The only flaw? You need to check that the meeting point for departure is the one booked, because for me it didn't match; many chats adequately resolved the problem, so watch out! Otherwise, everything else is fine.

Punctuality and freindliness of personnel! The whole trip was efficiently organised and ran according to plan, from pick-up in Krakow to transfer at Auschwitz-Birkenau and return to Krakow. Despite change in pick-up time we were all agreed it did not upset our day and was probably for the best as we were back in the city at a much more convenient time. The translation of our tour-guide was perfect and the communication perfect. I can recommend Royal Tours to anyone planning to visit Auschwitz, the tour itself is something averyone has to come to terms with during and after, this is one of those places on earth that has great historic significance, nonetheless not an easy place to visit.

We were contacted in advance after the booking, so we knew all details before we left. We sat at the front on the bus and Camille our bus driver was a great driver so we felt very safe. Magda was a delight and looked after us all throughout the day, she was so polite and friendly. Anya was very knowledgeable as our guide, and also very friendly. It rained and was miserable but we think that was better as we weren't there to enjoy ourselves. The tour worked very well like a well oiled machine, and being in the surroundings meant more than reading about the topic. Thank you very much for looking after us Lisa & Ian

The tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau was one of the most moving experiences I’ve ever had. The evocative atmosphere the guide created before we entered Auschwitz made everything seem less overwhelming; it allowed us to feel compassion, but not sorrow in our hearts. I listened with great pleasure and savored every word the guide said. I’m so glad I made this choice, and I’ll recommend Headout to other friends who want to visit Auschwitz or other countries when making reservations. Thank you so much for the time spent in the company of your team!

Of course that the feeling that i had in Auschwitz it is hard to describe . The trip was good organized, unfortunately they changed my pick up time instead of 10:15 am I was picked up at 5:25 am, it was not pleasant at all, they explained us that the time slots are what I preferred but not guaranteed, biiiig minus for that.

Fantastic day, easy to sort, pickup points can change, so keep an eye out for updates and changes, we were delayed by about 40 minutes by other customers arriving late, but the driver made up the time overall so it didn't impact the day overall, app is good, but keep an eye on emails.

The tour was well-organized and on time, but the guide lacked impact The tour was very well organized and perfectly on time. The main coordinator on the bus was very friendly, strict about the schedule, and provided clear logistics for the day, ensuring that everything went smoothly at both Auschwitz I and Birkenau. The main drawback was the site-specific guide who led us through the camps. Although her Spanish was good and the statistical information was accurate, the presentation felt a bit superficial, likely due to a slight language barrier. When participants asked questions, the answers often reverted to data already presented rather than providing new clarity. Furthermore, the narrative lacked the profound historical impact that such a significant site demands. The explanation of the camp’s scale and cruelty felt more statistical than immersive. We rushed through deeply impactful areas, such as the exhibits of prisoners’ personal belongings, the gas chambers, and the barracks at Birkenau, without being given adequate time to pause, reflect, and fully process the gravity of what happened there. Overall, the logistics and organization were excellent, but the tour itself could have provided much greater historical and emotional depth.

Unfortunately, I have to say that everything was going smoothly right up until the day before, but on the last day I received a text message saying that my reservation had been moved up by four hours. Right up until the last minute, I wasn’t sure if that included the return trip—the message was unclear— so I was also worried about the train schedules, since luckily I had a return flight at 9:00 p.m. Until I met the tour guides, everything was a mystery. Then, fortunately, everything was perfect: the driver was excellent, the tour guide was very kind and knowledgeable, and luckily she didn’t speak Italian as well as she claimed—for me, it was her second language. The tour guide inside the concentration camp was fantastic. I have to say that in the end, I was very happy.
