We had a reservation at 7am and the day before they changed the time to 12:30pm, so we had to reorganize our whole day! Supposedly the trip to the camp is an hour and a half and it took us more than 2 hours and a half. We arrived at 3 pm which was the time of the tour in the camp, with no time to eat and without being able to go to the bathroom. Guided tour was running, without being able to see some things and what we saw was running and running, losing also the free time inside the camp, since we arrived late to the other camp (Birkenau), to which we arrived with just enough time to see why they were closing. Losing the free time in the camp and again without being able to go to the bathroom or drink anything. It was a bad experience!

Transfers were a little early but seemingly out of there control however once you get there and do the tour its one of the best things you can do

The organization was very good. We were always kept informed about the schedule. The guided tour in Auschwitz was also good. The lady did an excellent job. We would only have liked to have had more time in the houses of the main camp. The rush was of course also due to the groups following us.

Your guide will lead you through both of the concentration camps located in Auschwitz and Birkenau, all the while trying to illustrate the sheer scale of the horrors of the Holocaust with the help of facts and anecdotes.
