Berlin is Berlin. If you don't get one, you get the other. If the weather is bad, you don't have to queue at the tower. You might not be able to fully enjoy the view, but you'll be visually compensated by architecture and technology in a nostalgic guise. I love it because it used to be like that and that was a long time ago ;-) But let's stick to it: we didn't have a good view on this day, but after the descent we had brilliant views thanks to the light show. I was able to capture wonderful moments with my little family. It wasn't just fun, we also learned a lot. The photos turned out beautifully and I can't name any negative points against the museum, only the other visitors don't really show consideration when taking photos

The uncomplicated handling right up to the entrance to the restaurant. And the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Last year I was rudely reprimanded by a very elderly member of staff. Very courteous staff in the restaurant who take great care of their guests. Thank you for that! I know far different times up there! Food, drinks great, a little spicy, but otherwise good. It was very crowded and you had to queue for a long time to drive the Trabi. My son panicked a bit when the elevator doors closed in the exhibition, but otherwise it was a great all-round experience....

The description of the trip by a member of staff was particularly good; he was able to describe the trip through Berlin with humor and joy. Otherwise you only know that from descriptions from the tape This is usually impersonal and boring.

Overall, I really liked the Citycard. I found it particularly practical that the use of public transport is already included without any complications - this makes getting around the city really stress-free. The discounts at various attractions are also a plus point, as you save quite a bit. One suggestion for improvement would be to make the map even more digital: Instead of just getting a PDF with the info, an interactive online overview or app would be great, where you can see directly which services are included. I would also find a function where you can tick off what you have already visited or used particularly helpful - that way you would always have a good overview of your stay.
