It was a smooth entry very detailed and organized. The staff were very polite and professional. There was a young man with glasses that offered take your pictures which made it so much easier.

We got there at 10am as my husband had booked the tickets the previous night, however upon arrival he realised he had booked them for 10pm in error. We explained our situation to the security team and they put us in contact with one of the tour staff who's name was Jeffrey, he said that we would take us around on the tour as we weren't able to come back due to the fact we were leaving to travel back to the UK later in the day. The tour was great and Jeffrey was amazing, he was so kind and knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions, he told us about the crystals, where they came from, about the preparations for New Year's eve and we got some amazing photographs. The best thing about the tour was we were able to go to the base of the ball and see it and Jeffrey provided more information which we didn't actually know. Jeffrey wouldn't take a tip when we offered it, but he asked us to review our visit, top employee, a credit to your company

Close to our hotel and the experience dounded exciting We had excellent help, guidance and photos taken by your staff. The views were amazing and a truly unique way to experience Times Square much better than the rickshaw rides! We even put a papier-mâché written wish that will be dropped from the ball 2027.

Even with the rain this was a fantastic experience. To see Times Square from so high and have such amazing views of the city at night was unforgettable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend as a must do in NYC

The skywalk adventure was awesome especially the place where you can look down at the glass floor and see the ground 19 floors below us. Very friendly staff in this view is spectacular.

    The view doesn't compare to observation decks like One Summit, Edge, or TOTR. On top of that, there is still a lot of ongoing construction. Little on-site support.
