Very good high-altitude trip experience, we appreciated the guide who spoke three languages. The driver—because you could definitely say he was a pilot—took us down at record speed. Hold on tight in the trucks, it's pretty bumpy! Otherwise, a very good experience, I recommend it.

The time at Mount Vesuvius (90 min) was enough to go up, down, take photos... I felt let down that our escort didn't say anything at all during the bus ride. Just instructions, but a little info about Vesuvius, the area... It would have been nice, I don't know, to mention the elevation, the last eruption (you could see the lava flows), talk about the Lacryma Christi. Or anything else. That would make the tour so much better.

A beautiful day for a very nice visit to Mount Vesuvius. You can see the entire crater. It is important to wear good shoes because the trail is steep and rocky. Good organization and a punctual team. The guide gave us the essential information in French. For the rest, she was easy to understand. It wouldn't really have been possible to get there by public transportation. We recommend it.

The transport to Mt Vesuvius is really well organised. I went on my own and felt looked after and informed the entire time. Travelling with Head Out made the visit to the park easy. We were given about an hour and a half to climb, enjoy the top and get back down again. I thoroughly recommend this tour company if you'd like to get to Vesuvius easily. A great morning out!

The welcome at the agency was impeccable, and the escort to the bus stop was perfect and very helpful. Unfortunately, traffic was very heavy in the city center, and the bus left nearly an hour late. On a very positive note, this did not stop us from enjoying our tour of Mount Vesuvius in excellent conditions.
