Great service. Could you please have an opt out button for reviews, as I was standing in line downloading the ticket, the scanner is poised over my phone and I'm being asked for a review when I just wanted the ticket right then. The bus arrived quickly and I was very grateful for the help to put my suitcase in the shelves. The stairs to the top seats are impossible for me to climb....that was frightening but someone else kindly went up and gave me a seat below.

Arrived at Tullamarine AirPort walked outside the buses were every 15 mins we got off 35 mins later at Southern Cross station Melbourne walked outside right on Bourke street could have worked out any easier. Return trip was reverse so dropped back out front of T3 With plenty of time to check in Great Job for us

Rode the SkyBus both ways within 36h. Marvelous services. Prebooked tickets allowed us to walk straight out of the airport onto the bus and off - no waiting. A quick journey into the city just a 10 min walk from our hotel. The return journey after one of Melbourne's busiest visitor days (100,021 at MCG for NFL game) was just as smooth. We walked in to find a bus door just closed. But just 10min wait saw us onto the next bus for an easy ride out of town at about 5pm on a Friday and plenty of time for our plane out.

Although the trip was ok. Also getting help with my baggage was also appreciated. Theseating was cramped and I had to find my was upstairs to sit down with my medical conditions. As it seemed the only accessible seats I could see were inward facing instead of forward facing. So, I had to cope the best I could. It seemed the accessibility was more towards wheelchairs & visible disabilities rather than those that cannot be seen.

I had a return ticket. The Skybus was very easy to find - boarding and storing luggage was easy; the ride into Melbourne was smooth snd the view from top floor seating was great. On return, we were delivered a bus in good time. Upon arrival at the airport, I alerted the driver of a sleeping passenger and he happily went to that person and inform him of his arrival at destination. Very impressed with overall service.
