There was a bus parked there when I arrived, but the employees at the queue area said that I couldn't get on. The bus was there for another few minutes before it departed. And I only had a backpack/small bag with me. They were nice and apologetic about it, and said the next bus would only be a few minutes later. The next bus was 15 min later; I don't mind waiting but just be upfront about the schedule and wait time to set expectations. The actual bus ride was smooth and comfortable.

I enjoyed the trip from Tullamarine T3 to the drop off point in Southern Cross Rail Station. Coach was modern and comfortable, ticket check staff and driver were warm and friendly. Ticket purchase via smartphone screen felt fussy and difficult. I won't do it again - I thought it would be something to do while waiting for a suitcase at bag claim. Next trip, I will choose the kiosk to buy the ticket.

It was easy to book tickets online and the directions to the bus top from the airport was clearly signposted. There was plenty of luggage storage and the bus ride to Melbourne bustation was comfortable despite the heatwave. Bus unloading & offloading smooth & convenient. Ground staff usually very helpful & patient. Ticketing online straight forward, although the change to using the Headout App was unexpected. Hope fully it will prove to be as useful as direct ticketing was. No air conditioning on one very hot Melbourne day; very uncomfortable ride on a full bus

Bus on time. Good schedule of 15 mum intervals Able to load a good number at any one time without too much delay. So easy to locate the sky bus straight outside the terminal. Very friendly drivers. Plenty of storage facilities r your luggage and so much say to book the the app. Great service all round and would definitely use for future travel.

The Bus was easy and staff helpful at the airport. The App needs work rather that having to open the PDF, tickets should be in the App. Also a tax invoice should be sent as a PDF. Cost effective to get to the city
