This worked really well for me. The bus was there waiting when I arrived at Southern Cross station. The trip was easy and I got to the terminal without stress. It was easy enough to walk to from the hotel to the station and the bus drops off at the doorstep to Terminal 1 which is also convenient to terminal 2 and 3. So I would happily use this service again.

After arriving from Gold Coast via Virgin Australia, we found the Skybus right outside the Baggage Claim area and were on our way to the City within minutes. Bus ride was reasonably comfortable and bus terminal is underneath Southern Cross Station - providing excellent access to trams, trains, nearby Marvel Stadium and our hotel was across the road. :)
