I hadn't used the Headout app before but I installed it in my phone. It was convenient to use my phone when boarding the Skybus, rather than having to print the ticket, which I had done in the past. The trip from Melbourne airport into the city was fast and comfortable. I was very happy with the service.

So handy to walk out of the terminal and on the Skybus! No time wasted and the bus moves freely on the freeway to the city. Very efficient and easy to store the suitcases. The driver kindly helped us seniors with that. A good experience great service.

I was very pleasantly surprised with experience of Skybus. Firstly it was well signposted making the departure location easy to locate. There were seats near to the bus stop for those arriving with time to spare and very helpful attendants. I was assisted onto the bus with my mobility walker and case and into my seat which was above and beyond my expectations and so very much appreciated. Bus arrival at airport was as scheduled and I was assisted safely off the bus with all my belongings. Couldn't rate the service highly enough!
