LOVE it was so good always 10/10 recommend pre buying tickets makes it way quicker to get in. Also these tickets were $20 cheaper than buying them at the door xx

The whole experience was amazing, the staff is also beautiful. We enjoyed and learnt more about marine animals oh my God i never knew there could be so may fishes. Also loved the environment its so clean and my little one was having a ball. Thank you so much it waa such a beautiful day with a lovely experience. I was also happy with the staff at the virtual reality experience she is such a beautiful human being and made the whole experience amazing, she takes her time explaining and make sure you will be satisfied. Such a well looked after place, so peaceful and perfect for both adults and little kids. Thank you will definitely visit again with bub!

Very smooth entry (but could have used my email tickets for that). Would have been useful if I had multiple entry tickets to different events but the other things I wanted to do which were listed online were not actually available in the app which was frustrating (The Antarctic Centre in Christchurch).

My trip to Melbourne SEA LIFE was absolutely amazing and unforgettable. From the moment I walked inside, I felt like I had entered a whole new underwater world. The lighting, the calming sounds, and the huge tanks immediately captured my attention. I was fascinated by the incredible variety of sea creatures, from graceful jellyfish glowing softly to playful penguins waddling around with so much personality. Walking through the ocean tunnel was my favourite part, as sharks and massive rays glided right above my head, making it feel like I was underwater with them. The colourful coral displays and tropical fish were breathtaking and made me appreciate how beautiful and diverse marine life is. The interactive exhibits were fun and educational, helping me learn interesting facts while still enjoying myself. Overall, the experience was exciting, relaxing, and inspiring, and it made my visit to Melbourne even more special.

I found front counter staff a credit to Sea life ..smiles friendly and welcoming As a wheelchair user I found the complex confusing to navigate signage for lifts a pain in the wheels Some exhibits would not be accessible for children in wheelchairs Glass in exhibits from where I sit were smudged ( little children's hands I understand)and viewing was not clear having staff regularly give the glass a wipe down during the day would be beneficial for wheelchair users The gift shop is definitely not wheelchair friendly I did want to spend more time but the space was cramped and a lot of merchandise was out of my reach I have experienced Sea Life on legs many years ago and my experience was very positive this time around I would not recommend Sea Life as disability friendly at all to my community I would like to say my able bodied 15 year old loved Sea Life and had a great time

We wanted to take our 2 kids to the aquarium for the first time, but we were quite disappointed with the very few things we did see, people were so rude & pushy and knocked us out of the way several times, pushing in so our 2 year old couldn't see anything, I'm glad I booked tickets through this company we at least saved wasting the extra money through sea life ticket prices.

SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium: This multi-level aquarium on the Yarra River brings you face-to-face with creatures from Southern Ocean depths to sub-Antarctic snowfields.

For the Penguin Passport experience, wear/bring socks. Failure to do so may result in the tour being cancelled.

What's not allowed

Smoking and drinking are not allowed inside the aquarium.

Due to venue restrictions, pets, except guide dogs, cannot tag along for this experience.

It is prohibited to bring any weapons, fireworks, smoke bombs, glass bottles, or other articles which may cause injury.

The climbing of or standing upon railings, barriers, or structures is strictly prohibited.

For the Penguin Passport experience, guests must not come into contact with birds 24 hours prior.

No jewellery, watches, mobile phones or cameras can be taken on the Penguin Passport experience.

Accessibility

This experience is accessible by wheelchair and pram/strollers, however the Penguin Passport experience is not wheelchair accessible.

For the Penguin Passport experience, guests with flu, cold, gastro/respiration infection within 48 hours of their experience must contact the venue and reschedule their visit.

The venue welcomes all assistance animals and guide dogs.

Additional information

Children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a paying adult aged 18 years and above.
