Skybus added extra services from the city to the airport because there was a large number of people waiting. The buses arrived quickly and the driver managed to save time on the trip, while driving to the road rules. Gave us plenty of time to check in and get to our gate. Bus was clean and the ride was comfortable. A great affordable way to travel.

The Skybys ride went smoothly. It lasted about 25 minutes. The time passed very quickly. In a comfortable environment, one could enjoy the views from the upper wrap of the bus. A few minutes before the final station you could enjoy a beautiful view of downtown Melbourne. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for transportation from the airport to downtown Melbourne.

Booking the Skybus was simple. The fare was reasonable and the bus employees helped me with get my case both on and off the bus. I am 75 years old and not as spry as I used to be, and I really appreciated their friendliness and help. I enjoyed the quick trip with the view from upstairs. Zero waiting time. Was not overcrowded as I have experienced previously. I gave 3 stars because the bus is so narrow. Seats are too narrow and the stairs are horrendous.
