SoloVerified booking5 days ago5/5It was a fantastic tour, full of professionalism, friendliness, and charm; I booked it on very short notice and was thrilled. I recommended it to others right away.DDaniel A
FamilyVerified booking5 days ago5/5Juan, the guide, was great. Antonio gave us a very engaging explanation of many of the paintings. It's a shame it only lasted two hours. Highly recommended.RRik E
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago3/5The guide was 15 minutes late, which was annoying. The tour through the museum and the selection of exhibits were okay. The explanations were often good but not very in-depth. The guide was very restless and impulsive rather than enthusiastic. (ADHD?) Constantly rattling off our names was annoying. We took the elevator because the stairs were too difficult (just one floor!). Asking if the Americans needed to sit down and if we were hungry yet. Toward the end, repeatedly saying that the tour was about to end. The guide acted as if it were a mandatory routine, even though we had voluntarily chosen to take the tour. So the intellectual content could definitely be much more substantial. That’s the biggest area for improvement.MMaria G
