My family and I went to see this Mamma Mia show during our trip to London! We bought the tickets not very much on time, but the view was perfect- sitted on J13! Not very much room for legs , but quire confortable. From the very first scene to the final bow, we enjoyed every single moment of it. It was an amazing experience! The show, the music, the energy and the vivid colours on stage were absolutely great. The ABBA music created a captivating atmosphere. People around us, and of course us, were fascinated by the show! We enjoyed every single moment of it. The cast was incredile into their roles . It was a spectacular performance and unforgettable experience for all of us! Loved it.

The centenary celebration has been one of the most beautiful and versatile ballet performances that we have ever seen (and we have experience of Bolshoy and Kirov Theatres). It has been definitely a milestone in the history of Covent Garden theatre, as the selection of ballet pieces reflected the development of the Royal ballet. We liked the concluding piece with all the students of the Royal Ballet school. It is unforgettably brilliant.

Famous, timeless, and catchy ABBA songs make it easy to follow the musical even if the dialogue is tough to understand without mastering Shakespeare's language. A wonderful musical with extraordinary actors. The music is captivating. The theater is a gem. We saw the show for the second time, and for anyone seeing it for the first time, I recommend the orchestra seats because from the balcony you have to lean forward to see some scenes.

The story

MAMMA MIA! is a light-hearted yet emotional story of a girl, Sophie, and her quest to find her father. As her mother, Donna, an independent hotelier in the Greek Islands, prepares for her wedding, Sophie comes up with a plan. With her wedding day approaching fast and no father to walk her down the aisle, Sophie invites three men from her mother’s past to find out which one of them is her real father.

This was my first ever show. And oh my goodness I was blown away. Everyone from the cast, the tech team, to the musical director were fantastic. Every part of this show hit notes that were so special and emotional. I would recommend this show 10 times over!
