The instructions were clear and exact. No crowds, fast sevece. The agents on the check desk were very polite and helpful. The audio guide is very useful.

The reservation was quick and easy. The experience at the Herculaneum site wonderful, in addition to the beauty of the history and the site itself are the kindness of the staff and the attention to the care of the excavations.
I would recommend it to anyone!

Interesting site, I wish I'd gone there before Pompeii & I'd recommend people to do that so you are not comparing them . Wasn't expecting too see the skeletons on the lower level! Bring your own food as there's only a snack machine

The tickets arrived by watts app the day before and were easily scanned by the ticket people at the gate.
Can't fault the ticket team but I would add that there is only one toilet on whole of volcano in the first ship before you go up so please use bathroom before arriving!
It's a steep climb wear proper shoes, have warm clothes and takes 30-50 minutes to climb up

Superb visit.
The Herculum site is very different from Pompeii. Much smaller, but you can get inside almost any house.
Taking the audioguide is a real plus, I recommend it.
We spent just under 3 hours seeing all the houses.

Fabulous palace and gardens. Well worth the visit. A bit chewy getting tickets at Naples Central Station but we got there in the end. Decent food available (takeaway or sit down).

It was just a beautiful 😍 lplace to visit with so much history very tranquil glad we got to visit ❤️ the gentleman who checked our tickets was also very lovely and funny 🤣 xx
