What’s not allowed
- Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
- Alcohol and drugs are strictly prohibited during the activity.
- Large bags and valuables are not recommended, as storage is at your own risk.
Accessibility
- Wheelchairs can be stored in the van for the duration of the session, and there are paved paths to the water's edge.

- Double kayaks require two people; if one person does not show, no single kayak will be provided and the booking is forfeited.
- The minimum age for participation is 12.
- The maximum group size is 28.
- The meeting point is 1 Bradly Ave, Kirribilli NSW 2060.
- Free street parking is available around Milson Park and McDouggal Street.
- You may leave belongings in the van during the session, but valuables are left at your own risk.
- The Flying Bear café is closed on Christmas Day, and no vouchers are available on 25 December.
- Cancellation policy: 90% refund with more than 7 days notice, 70% refund or rebooking with 3–7 days notice (10% rebooking fee), and no refund or rebooking with less than 72 hours notice or for no-shows.
