- You must exchange your voucher at the City Sightseeing Prague kiosk at Náměstí Republiky 1037/3, 110 00 Nové Město, Czechia before boarding.
What’s not allowed
- Pets are not permitted, except for registered service animals.
Accessibility
- Only the Red Route buses are wheelchair accessible. The Blue Route buses and the river cruise are not wheelchair accessible.
Additional information
- The City Sightseeing Prague kiosk is open daily from 9:15am to 4pm.
- Bus arrival and departure times may be delayed slightly due to traffic.
- The Blue Route (single-decker panoramic bus) departs from Old Town Square at 9:37am and Republic Square 3 at 9:47am, with the last departures at 4:07pm and 4:17pm. Buses run every 30 minutes. Tour duration is 90 minutes.
- The Red Route (double-decker bus) departs from Main Train Station at 10:35am, with the last departure at 4:35pm. Buses run every 60 minutes. Tour duration is 60 minutes.
- All vouchers must be exchanged at the kiosk before boarding the bus or cruise.
- Your voucher will be emailed to you shortly.
- Display the voucher on your mobile phone with a valid photo ID at the starting point.
