I absolutely loved my experience on the Dubai Balloon at Atlantis! From start to finish, everything was well-organized and smooth. The schedule was changed by the service provider because of technical issue at the venue. Service provider agreed for full refund. Head out team denied to support and issue the refund. Service provider told that had u booked through their original website then it would have been refunded instantly. Learning for me: never to use 3rd party for booking experience. What to bring
- Comfortable, casual clothing is recommended. Bring a jacket as it might be cooler once the balloon reaches its maximum height, especially at night.
- It is recommended to avoid wearing heels.
What's not allowed
- Big bags will not be permitted onboard. However, backpacks and purses will be allowed.
- Anyone under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs is strictly not allowed to fly.
Accessibility
- The experience is accessible for wheelchairs and baby strollers. Please speak to a Ground Crew member for assistance loading and unloading the balloon gondola.
- The wheelchair/stroller must have a braking/locking system to prevent unsecured movement in flight. This function will be checked and verified by the ground crew before boarding.
- There are extra wheelchairs on-site which you can use for the duration of the flight.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women over 3 months, individuals with heart problems, serious knee or back pain, those who've had major surgery in the last 6 months, or those with height phobia.
- All passengers will need to sign the declaration at the venue that he/she doesn’t have any of the health problems mentioned above.
Additional information
- Check the weather before your visit. While tickets are non-refundable, they are open-dated, so you can reschedule if the weather isn’t suitable for flying.
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged 21 or older.
- Flights last 10 minutes. Duration may vary due to loading, offloading, and queues. Allow for potential extended time during peak periods.
- The Dubai Balloon at Atlantis official operational timings are 5:30am to 11:00am and 6:00pm to midnight till October.
