What’s not allowed

Children under 5 years and adults over 70 years are not permitted to fly.

Pregnant women, guests with disabilities (including mental, emotional, or physical conditions), or those with serious health issues (heart, knee, back problems, recent major surgery, or fear of heights) are not allowed to participate.

Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs are strictly prohibited from flying.

Heavy luggage, large bags, and suitcases are not allowed during the activity.

The minimum age for quad biking is 16 years.

Photography and videos are not included but can be purchased at the location.

Falcon photography is not included.

Pets are not permitted.

Accessibility

This experience is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for guests with mobility impairments or disabilities.

The maximum weight limit is 119 kg per guest; guests exceeding this require pilot approval and may incur extra charges.

All participants must be in good physical condition and able to climb in and out of the basket and bend in a brace position during landing.

Balloon flights are subject to weather conditions; flights may be rescheduled or refunded if canceled due to weather.

Exact pickup time will be communicated via WhatsApp the day before your experience; be ready at your pickup location at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time.

Shared transfers are not available from certain areas; private transfers from other Emirates are available at an additional cost.

100% no-show fee applies for last-minute cancellations; no refunds or alternate tours will be provided.

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a full refund; cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
