The experience is restricted for guests aged 5 and under, as well as guests aged 80 and above.

The experience is restricted for guests with physical or mental disabilities, heart issues, knee issues, back pain, broken leg or arm, have undergone major surgery during the last 6 months, or have a phobia of height.

The experience is restricted for women who are more than 3 months pregnant.

The experience is restricted for guests under the influence of alcohol or any other drugs.

It's mandatory to sign the declaration stating that the guest doesn’t have the above issues.

Due to the strict rules and regulations of the UAE's Government guests are not allowed to fly drones during flight.
