At 8:00 AM, we walked along the Thames from the Harriott Hotel by the London Eye (which we booked this morning through this app) to the Tower, arriving right on time at 8:45 AM. We still had to wait about 45 minutes until entry, but that is normal and wasn't an issue at all in the sunny weather! Following the advice we’d received, we headed straight over to the Crown Jewels exhibition. That collection is truly impressive! The other areas are all interestingly designed as well. The entire castle and all its sections are in very good, well-maintained, and restored condition. You’d never believe that the Tower has several hundred years under its belt! The guards are all very friendly, but also take their duty very seriously! They are happy to let you take photos, but putting an arm around their shoulder—which one female tourist tried to do—was politely declined! The restrooms are also in very good condition. As a German, it's nice to see that some signs also provide information in German! However, exploring some of the areas does require good physical fitness. In the White Tower, you first walk through all 3 floors twice along the length and twice across the width before winding your way back down inside one of the turrets! The minimum 3 hours you should plan to see most areas fly by very quickly! If, like us, you also opt for Tower Bridge admission with a slightly cheaper combo ticket, take the stairs instead of the elevator (which we only noticed once we reached the top), and then walk all the way back to the hotel, you are guaranteed some serious muscle soreness the next day if you're an out-of-shape tourist! The meticulously maintained Engine Rooms of Tower Bridge are also very interesting. The steam engine looks so pristine that you’d think it was just built! Though back when it was still coal-fired, it probably looked a bit dustier! The rich green with contrasting pin-striping painted on all the moving parts shows that true craftsmen who loved their trade were at work here! All in all, a fantastic combo trip that is well worth doing twice in a lifetime! It’s a pity, though, that no guided tours are offered in German, but you rarely find those at British attractions anyway...

Tickets booking through headout app is hassle free. Just browse the attractions you want visit book your preferred slot and bam you are ready to go. No need to wait in the long queues for your favorite attractions. We visited the London eye and the tower of London museum. Make sure you reach atleast 10-15 min before the scheduled time. Even if you reach very early like half an hour the staff simply scans the ticket and lets you through. You can also download the tickets in the app so you can still show them even if there are problems with your cellular network. Because of this app we had a very good experience

We both love Harry Potter, so this was an obvious choice. Everything went very smoothly, and the staff on site were very helpful. Studio experience: flawless (it would be awesome if they put everyone in costume at the entrance, it would make things feel even more magical!). We truly loved the studios, the sets, the interactive experiences, and the top-notch staff. Transportation experience: we were told it would be a "luxury" bus. We have never been on such an uncomfortable bus! Hard seats, not reclining, no armrests. Stiff seats. They give us earphones and when you plug them in, they don't work. Bus was moderately clean, but on time. For the price of the transfer, even regular London buses are more comfortable.
