The meeting point was unclear. We did not have a contact from the agency or the local guide to communicate with. We arrived at 8.50 am and did not see anyone indicating that it could be our tour as other companies do with a sign. We missed the tour and after a few emails of complaint, no response.

Morning departure: Tour starts at 9 am at the Sir Winston Churchill Statue, Parliament Square, SW1P 3JX (meeting time 8:45 am), and ends at 12 pm at Platform 9¾, King’s Cross Station.

Afternoon departure: Tour starts at 2 pm at the Sir Winston Churchill Statue, Parliament Square, SW1P 3JX (meeting time 1:45 pm), and ends at 5 pm at Platform 9¾, King’s Cross Station.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your tour start time.
