We had a wonderful experience! We booked the Harry Potter Studio Tour with coach transfer from the British Museum, and everything was perfectly organized. The departure point was easy to find, the coach was comfortable and on time, and the whole trip was smooth and stress-free. The best part was that we were able to get tickets through Headout even though the official Warner Bros. Studio tickets had been sold out for over a month. It made our family trip to London complete. Highly recommended!

There is no information on the exact location at Victoria Station where the tour begins. Passengers should be told the exact gate, since the station is large The person in charge wasn’t at the entrance, and we had to look for them, which almost caused us to miss the tour even though we arrived 30 minutes early; we managed to board by speaking with them over the phone. The rest of the tour went smoothly—it was fine.

Everything went smoothly, the bus driver was funny, and the seats on the bus were very comfortable. The directions to the meeting point were great, too—though the bus was parked a few meters away from the actual spot, which was a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was great and we had a lot of fun.

Today was our daughter’s 16th birthday. So off to London and Harry Potter. Public transportation is really well organized. We took the bus to the meeting point. We used the subway for everything. It was a shame that the screens and charging stations on the bus weren’t working. But when we headed back, we arrived at the meeting point too late. There were no more buses to our destination. We ended up on a bus going to a different destination. That was fine—we saw some other fun things there. We had a really great time in London.

The Studio experience was incredible! However, I feel that the transportation included in the ticket price doesn't give us the chance to explore the studio at our own pace. We had to go through the entire exhibition in one go without a lunch break, and we barely had enough time to finish everything and buy souvenirs so we wouldn’t miss the return transportation. Next time, I’ll buy the tickets directly on the Warner Bros. Studio website so I can arrange my own transportation.
