- The meeting point is not at the Eiffel Tower; you must check in at the Paris TRIP office, 41 Avenue de la Bourdonnais, 75007 Paris.
- Arrive at the meeting point at least 10–15 minutes before departure; latecomers will not be admitted or refunded.
- Entry is reserved for a specific time slot; tickets cannot be modified, exchanged, or refunded.
- Tickets cannot be picked up in advance and alternate meeting points are not possible.
- Infants aged 0–3 must purchase a standard adult ticket.
- No ticket upgrades to the summit are available on the 2nd floor.
