From booking to entering the Dubai Frame, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was well-organised from start to finish. We arrived early at 9am, so there were no lines, allowing us to move through quickly yet still take our time to enjoy the visit. The views are absolutely fantastic — especially with the Dubai Frame’s location offering a clear look at the palaces and surrounding landmarks. Highly recommended!

It was wonderful experience. On one side you have the the entire view of new modern Dubai and on the other side you have the view of old traditional Dubai. O don't think any other city has this kind of attraction. To me UAE is my second home, and after spending 3 decades in Dubai, its time for retirement. So for me and my family its a lifetime memory that we are carrying with us. Thank you Dubai ♥♥♥

Even my 9-year-old was amazed — it’s equally exciting for families and solo travelers. If you want that one picture that defines your Dubai trip, this is the spot. The Frame, when we reached it was fine but the tickets didn't allow 'skipping the line' as their name suggests. The queue was, fortunately, not too long, when we arrived, but still required half an hour of standing in the heat!
