Your website offer explains that aside from downloading your app, ticket holders can redeem their tickets at the Duomo. I had an issue with being able to download the app and therefore opted to redeem the tickets at the Duomo. Please note it is not at all possible to redeem tickets at the Duomo in any way whatsoever. You can only redeem tickets via your app. After much wasted time visiting staff at the Duomo and standing in lines at the Duomo ticket office we found out the hard way that redeeming tickets at the Duomo is absolutely and unequivocally not possible. "Skip the line tickets" means "skip the line for tickets". It does not mean "skip the line" to see the inside of the Duomo. Again this is misleading information. After much grief on what was a very wet day in the rain, we were able to have someone look at my phone and download the app. By this time instead of an early morning visit it was a very long wait in a midday line that was very very long. Please do not advertise misleading information. These are not skip the line tickets and ticketholdets have no option but to download your app to redeem tickets. This is not ideal when having to show your tickets in busy cues. One must hold up the cue each time because one must open the app, select manage booking, enter the reference number and email address, and then click on tickes to be able to show tickets to attendants. Surely it is far easier on the ticket holders to simply send it to their email. I would not book again via Headcount.

Site was not clear that the Duomo lift and museum ticket did not give access to the Duomo itself. We had to buy a second ticket when refused entry.

Tickets have a duration of 3 days from the chosen date.
Each visiting area can be visited only once.
The opening hours of the Historical Complex may vary due to celebrations or events.
Note that the following are not allowed: bulky backpacks, weapons, glass and ceramic, helmets, scooters, drones, food, and beverages.
