The experience was a success—it’s definitely worth doing!!! The cathedral is stunning both inside and out, and you shouldn’t miss seeing it at night!! As for the tickets to enter the Cathedral—including access to the terraces, the interior, the Cathedral Museum, the crypt, and the Archaeological Museum—we didn’t have any issues. It’s worth noting, and this might be helpful to others, that the tour isn’t led by a live guide (it’s an audio guide using our own headphones); there were no problems downloading it, and the information is excellent. In my opinion, the narration doesn’t always sync up with what we’re seeing as we walk through, but since the information is repeated several times, we were able to follow along just fine.

Getting into the site was a bit tricky because the directions weren't very clear. However, once we picked up our audio guides, the tour went off without a hitch. It's a beautiful site, and I spent hours there without even noticing the time passing.

This was a bucket list trip for me and the ticket was perfect as I could go at my own pace. The audio guide explained it all. The Skip the line ticket with elevator access to the top was amazing as it was very hot outside. Definitely would do it again.

Our tour guide was fantastic and we learned so much about the building of the Duomo, the historic significance of the cathedral, the guilded Virgin Mary, and the stories of the Bible depicted in the stain glass windows. It was a very informative tour.
