The entrance was difficult to find because staffs there tell us different places to go. We managed to find it eventually but another problem was that we needed to download the app to show QR code. Best is to just to send us QR code in email, otherwise it's difficult to download outside without wifi since we are overseas travelers, we need wifi somewhere to download the app. Make sure you instruct that to ticket holders that downloading app is a must before the experience.

Visiting Milan Cathedral was an unforgettable experience! The intricate Gothic architecture, soaring spires, and stunning stained glass windows left me in awe. Climbing to the rooftop offered breathtaking panoramic views of Milan and a close-up look at the cathedral’s ornate details. Inside, the atmosphere was peaceful yet majestic, making it a perfect place to appreciate both history and art. Truly a must-visit landmark!

Very practical and fast. Easy to use and guarantees security. The service is excellent. I recommend buying the elevator to access the roof of the Duomo, climbing the stairs is very tiring. The view is wonderful, not to be missed. It was built entirely from pink marble, including the roof, which you can walk on. It took 529 years to build, with the help of the people of Milan.

The cathedral is amazing and we were so happy to be there. The only downside were all the Asians being irreverent and disrespectful inside the cathedral. It was so disappointing to see them treating it like a personal photo studio and taking inappropriate photos in strange poses. The staff were so nice and helpful and I'm so happy we got the opportunity to visit

The ticketing experience is very smooth. Would recommend to spend at least 4 hours where you can see the church for 2 hours and go up for 2 hours. Recommend taking lift for adults. The view is stunning and Awesome. The must place to visit in milan

If you go to Milan is essential to visit the Duomo, and especially the terrace, is where you appreciate the true magnitude of the work. And if the visibility is good the views are breathtaking.
  • Explore Milan Cathedral's stunning interiors, rooftop terraces, and historic museum—all with one ticket.

    Getting started

Your visit begins at the entrance of the Milan Cathedral. Simply present your ticket at the access point—no guide required. Depending on your ticket, you can enter the cathedral, the museum, and head up to the terraces via lift or stairs.

    What to expect

The Milan Cathedral (Duomo di Milano) is the third-largest church in the world and a masterpiece of Gothic architecture. This ticket gives you access to the cathedral’s interiors, the Cathedral Museum, and the rooftop terraces for a complete experience.

    Features

    • Cathedral interior: Step inside to admire soaring columns, thousands of statues, and vibrant stained glass windows that narrate biblical stories in vivid color. The pink Candoglia marble façade is equally stunning up close.

    • Cathedral Museum: Explore centuries of history through liturgical objects, sculptures, and tapestries that reveal the craftsmanship and evolution behind the Duomo.

    • Terrace access: Head up to the terraces via stairs or lift (based on your selected option). From the rooftop—the largest walkable Gothic roof in the world—you’ll enjoy panoramic views of Milan’s skyline and, on a clear day, even the distant Alps.
