• The management has the right to expel any visitor from the park if found posing threats to park assets or involved in misconduct.

• Any damages arising due to negligence or non-compliance with the mentioned instructions shall be the visitor's and their companions' sole responsibility.

• Dubai Garden Glow reserves the right to change park timings and temporarily close shows and attractions for safety and maintenance without prior notice or compensation.
