Visiting the Dubai Frame was a delightful experience for my wife and me. The atmosphere was incredibly friendly, and we were pleased to see many families with children enjoying their time there as well. The staff were wonderful, always ready to assist and enhance our visit. The views from the top were simply breathtaking, offering a unique perspective of the city. However, it was a bit disappointing that they didn’t provide cold water but that said, there was a good selection of other drinks, including hot beverages, and we thoroughly enjoyed the lovely café located downstairs. Overall, our visit to the Dubai Frame was a fantastic experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a day out in Dubai.

From booking to entering the Dubai Frame, the entire experience was seamless. The staff were warm and welcoming, and everything was well-organised from start to finish. We arrived early at 9am, so there were no lines, allowing us to move through quickly yet still take our time to enjoy the visit. The views are absolutely fantastic — especially with the Dubai Frame’s location offering a clear look at the palaces and surrounding landmarks. Highly recommended!

It was wonderful experience. On one side you have the the entire view of new modern Dubai and on the other side you have the view of old traditional Dubai. O don't think any other city has this kind of attraction. To me UAE is my second home, and after spending 3 decades in Dubai, its time for retirement. Dubai Frame — an incredible place! I was amazed by the view of old and new Dubai — it feels like looking into the past and the future at the same time. Especially magical at sunset, when the city glows in golden light. Be sure to go up — the glass floor adds a little adrenaline 😄 💛 Highly recommend it to everyone who wants to feel the spirit of Dubai and take stunning photos!

I really enjoyed my visit to the Dubai Frame! Booking the skip-the-line tickets online was super easy and saved me a lot of time. When you are looking through the different pages of the photos of the views you get from the top level. You get an idea that falls short of reality. It is amazing to walk through the frame discovering a sunset over the city. You feel the adrenaline of looking down as you walk across the floor with a view. It's great

Had an amazing time at the Dubai Frame. The view from the top is stunning....you really get to see both old and new Dubai side by side. The parks outside are beautiful and perfect for a relaxed stroll or photos. Everything was well organized and easy from start to finish. Definitely worth visiting...

I loved how the exhibitions transitioned from showing how Dubai was built, to how Dubai could be in the future. Visited on a Thursday afternoon, there was moderate-level crowd. The view from the top was wonderful, with old Dubai on one side of the frame and new on the other.
