Enter Dubai Dolphinarium through the Creek Park Gate (AED 5 entry). Present your ticket and follow the signs to the arena. Seating is first-come, first-served, so arrive 15–20 minutes early.

- Children aged 11 and below must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Ages 12 and above require an adult ticket; children aged 2–11 need a child ticket.
- Infants under 2 can enter free, but must sit on an adult’s lap.
- The photo with a seal is a solo experience available for guests aged 12 and above.
- Dolphin photo experience is a group session for up to 5 guests per photo.
- For regular ticket holders, seating is on a first-come, first-served basis. Arrive at least 15–20 minutes before the show.
- Seats are subject to availability.
- Entry to Creek Park is required and costs an additional AED 5 per person and must be paid on-site.
