This was my second time visiting Dubai Dalphinarium, And the firt experience for my child, it was amazing and something deserved to be seen, the show was amazing, staff are welcomed even they provide beverage vouchers for all the visitors, I will visit it for the third time soon

A wonderful show, full of positive energy, fun, and laughter for both kids and adults. We also learned about dolphins and seals and won a prize in the game of chance. This isn’t the first time we’ve seen the show, and every time we enjoy it as if it were the first time. After your snowy adventure, prepare for an entertaining marine show at the Dubai Dolphinarium, where you'll witness the incredible talents of dolphins and seals. The show includes astounding tricks and stunts, such as acrobatics, dancing, singing, juggling, and even artwork made by the talented animals. The package includes regular seating for this 45-min show that is sure to captivate both adults and children. The Dolphinarium is a destination that offers a unique blend of education and entertainment, allowing you to learn about marine life in an incredibly fun way.

Safety is a priority so the Snow Park experience is restricted for guests under the age of 2 years and the Snow Bullet ride is restricted for guests under the age of 8 years, over the weight of 120kg (264.55lb), under the weight of 30kg (66.14lb) and under the height of 1.2m (3.94ft).

Dolphin and Seal Show

Smoking is not allowed inside the venue.

Guests must avoid touching the pool water, throwing objects into it, and standing or running behind the barricades around the pool.

Shutterbugs, take note: Conducting live streaming or broadcast of the show, and causing inconvenience to other guests while taking photos/videos are prohibited.

Keep in mind sharp material or hazardous items, balloons, and strollers are not allowed inside the show venue. Pack wisely!

Accessibility

Ski Dubai Snow Park

Your safety comes first so guests with high blood pressure and back issues, and pregnant women are restricted from participating in the Snow Bullet ride.

Skiers/snowboarders must be intermediate level 2 to access the slope.

It is recommended to wear warm smart casual clothes.

Children under the age of 14 years must be accompanied by an adult aged 16 years or over.

Helmets must be worn by all guests under the age of 13 years.

All guests under the age of 18 years of age must submit a waiver form signed by their guardian to enter the Slope.

Little skiers or snowboarders aged between 3 to 8 years are permitted to enter the Slope under the supervision of an adult. Skiers or snowboarders aged between 9 to 14 years may enter if the parent/guardian is within the Mall of the Emirates premises.

Children under the age of 12 years must be accompanied by a paying adult.

The creek park charges AED 5 per person upon arrival.

The seating is on a first-come-first-served basis.

The first 3 rows are splash zones and guests may get wet in this zone.
