Overalll it was lots of fun - however there were a crazy amount of people at this particular camp (Red Canyon was the name I believe). There was also more garbage than I would have expected to see in the desert and that was disappointing. I just think this goes back to my first and second point - try to go to one that isn't so jammed packed and if possible get a recommendation for one that takes you further out. We ended up at this one because we purchased a hot air balloon ride at sunrise and that was really cool - and received a discount invite to go to a desert camp. If you know someone local ask them or possibly someone at the place you're staying. Good luck and I hope this review helps you! Are cameras/phones safe during activities?

We recommend securing devices during dune bashing and quad biking. The sunset photo stop provides the perfect opportunity for safe photography.

Is this suitable for all ages?

The experience is designed for guests 6 years and older, with children under 16 required to ride with an adult on the quad bikes.

Your desert safari begins at 3pm with pickup from your location. Travel time may vary depending on where you’re staying: approximately 75 minutes from Sharjah or 45 minutes from Ajman or Dubai.

Pick-up and drop-off are limited to specific areas in Dubai.

This tour can accommodate a maximum of 6 people in 1 group.

Some entertainment shows may not be available during national holidays and Islamic occasions.
