• No large pieces of luggage are allowed inside, but you can check them in at the Secure Baggage Area at the entrance on the ground floor. Handbags, cameras, and other small accessories are allowed inside.

• No outside food or beverages are allowed at the Burj.

Desert safari

• This tour is not suitable for pregnant women, wheelchair users, infants, and individuals with back or neck problems.

• The following are not allowed in this experience: pets, luggage, and large bags.

• Children below 16 can enjoy the desert safari but are not allowed to partake in shisha or dune buggy.
