It's very family friendly spot to do in Dubai. Indoor activity so perfect for a day activity with the heat outside. The concept is very cool with each room having a whole different compared to the other. Our favorite room was the pool as we had the most laughs in there. The staff was also very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend

Tickets are great and always work. I went to Aya universe the other day and had a seamless experience, all the staff were pleasant and i had no issues entering with my tickets. 10/10
