I really enjoyed visiting the Dubai Underwater Zoo and Penguin Cove. The place is well set up and has so many cool animals to see, like sharks, rays, crocodiles, and lots of colorful fish. Walking through the glass tunnel was awesome and made the experience feel extra exciting. Penguin Cove was my favorite part. The penguins were super cute and fun to watch, especially when they were swimming around and playing. The area looked clean and well cared for, and the staff shared some interesting facts too. Overall, it’s a fun place to visit and definitely worth checking out if you’re in Dubai, especially if you like animals or are visiting with family. The best part is my daughter enjoyed it, and that's what matters.

This was my first experience of underwater Zoo & Aquarium. I loved this alot with so many unique & giant fishes & saw so many penguins from very close😍 This was really a one of a kind of experience & finally I & my hubby, we got a souvenir of our 2 pictures clicked by them in a beautiful Album cover❤️❤️

The aquarium experience was great however my inclusions were not met especially the glass boat ride. I was told my silver pass did not qualify me to though it was stated in my inclusions. Most food vendors said they were not accepting the AED 20 food voucher and the aquarium staff could not direct to any particular food vendors who accepted one...I was very disappointed about these services. The penguin cove too was simply a view and nothing else. Please do a better service with your inclusions-have a headout staff out there to assist every step of the way

Their purpose-built, temperature-controlled facilities replicate the Subantarctic environmental conditions, ensuring they have a comfortable home in Dubai. This multi-level exhibit has a lot of exciting areas to uncover, including a slide into the pool.

The average time spent at the Aquarium tunnel (Level 0) is 15 - 30 min. The Underwater Zoo (Level 2) takes about 45 min - 1.5 hrs. The Glass Bottom Boat ride lasts approximately 15 to 20 min.

Children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult above 15 years at all times.
