Getting started

Your experience begins with hotel or residence pick up in a shared 4WD Land Cruiser. You leave the city and drive toward the Lisaili desert, heading for the desert dunes in time for the late afternoon session. After the road section, the vehicle moves onto the sand dunes area where the off-road part of the safari starts.

What to expect

The first part of the safari takes you straight onto the desert dunes for adventurous dune bashing. You ride across rolling sand, with short stops that let you explore the sand dunes on foot and enjoy sunset views before continuing toward the desert modern-style camp.
