I recently visited the Burj Khalifa for the first time, and the experience was truly mind-blowing! The views from the observation deck were stunning and exceeded my expectations. However, the waiting time was a different story altogether. We waited in line for almost 3 hours, which was exhausting, especially with kids and elders in tow. The lack of seating areas or a place to rest made it even more challenging. If you're planning to visit, I'd recommend planning ahead, considering tickets with priority access, or visiting during off-peak hours to minimize the wait. Despite the long wait, the view from the top was well worth it."

An unforgettable experience! The arrival and the entire transport were excellently organized. All the staff were incredibly friendly and made you feel at ease right from the start. The experience itself - standing high above the rooftops and the harbor of Dubai, lying on your stomach and taking off with a powerful swing - was simply unique! The views and building, history of it being built Queued to get to ticket counter and be scanned, then another queue to go through security and then 1.30hr queue to get in the lifts and upstairs. No notifications indicating queue time in the waiting areas

Despite time slot giga busy, I had the time slot at 2pm. Took me an hour to get to the top, which was also abnormally crowded. To get back down it took me another hour. This was absolutely not normal that land waiting with screaming children.

The Burj is a must-see on every tourist's Dubai itinerary. This may lead to some delays during peak hours and very busy days. Expect a considerable wait time as you stand in the ticketing queue as well as the elevator queue.

You can enter only at the time slot you choose during checkout. Once inside, you can stay for as long as you like. Typically, tourists spend an average of 40 minutes at the observatory.
