The View at The Palm is definitely one of the highlights of visiting Palm Jumeirah. The island itself is beautiful and very impressive, but the view from the observation deck is absolutely fantastic. From the top, you can clearly see the unique palm-shaped layout, the turquoise water of the Arabian Gulf, and the stunning skyline of Dubai in the distance. It is truly a breathtaking experience. Sometimes you have to wait quite a while in line, especially during busy hours, but it is definitely worth it. The panorama makes up for the waiting time. Unfortunately, the monorail was not operating when we visited, so we walked from the tram station instead. Luckily, it is not too far, and the walk is pleasant. From the bridge, there is already a superb view, so the walk becomes part of the experience. Afterwards, we took a walk along West Beach. Although the beach areas mostly belong to the hotels, it is still possible to access parts of it. It was a lovely way to end the visit.

The observatory is modern, well-organized, and features great photo opportunities from every angle. The staff were friendly and helpful, making the visit smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to see Dubai from a spectacular new perspective!

Absolutely loved our experience at The View at The Palm! 🌴 The panoramic views over Palm Jumeirah and Dubai’s skyline were breathtaking—especially from the top. Everything was well organized, the glass floor was a fun touch, and it’s a must-visit spot if you want to see Dubai from a whole new perspective.

We had a truly amazing experience, the online tickets made everything smooth. The view was breathtaking and it was a once in a lifetime experience. While queuing there were a bunch of different interactive spots showing facts about the island and those made it even more fun for us.

Before going to the top level, the narrations with digital video demo of how the Palm Jumeriah designed, why, the time it took to build, materials used etc was informative. Useful to understand the leader of the UAE country and his vision.

Wonderful display of talent and skill in architecture, design and engineering. Great, efficient and pleasant staff. Very clean facilities. Restaurants at the top have nice servers also. Highly recommended.
