Combos Tickets in Florence

A smooth entry. Clearly marked stations outside with the time slots; inside, we exchanged our e-tickets for paper ones (nice to keep as a souvenir), and then we were off to explore the beautiful museum! It was great!

I am pleased. A manager escorted us for quick entry. Everything was clear and easy to understand. I recommend buying a combo ticket for the Uffizi and Pitti Palace (they are located very close to each other) and the Accademia.I recommend using the services of this site.Thank you.

We were looking for a company we could trust to buy tickets from, and we chose Headout—we made the right choice. The process was very easy, and the ticket price was very competitive. It’s an easy-to-use app for those of us over 60. We’ll keep using it on future trips!

We split the day up with lunch in between. Good thing too as it's a lot of walking. Be prepared for lots of steps at the Uffizi (there are lifts). Crowds are unavoidable (we went at 10:15am) but not too excessive. Some amazing art and history I'm glad we visited. The Accademia was smaller and to see David in all his splendour was magnificent. I don't regret a penny spent. The whole area of Florence is beautiful and I'm so glad of the experience. Tickets bought through Headout were easy .... except transferring the online tickets to physical ones at Accademia was not that easy to follow. That could have been us though!

Truly unexpected and spectacular. The climb is an experience in itself, and reaching those views and that splendor is wonderful. Highly recommended.

The admission process was fine, but it would have been helpful to let us know that we had to check our backpacks at the coat check before entering. We waited 20–30 minutes before entering, only to be denied entry because of our backpacks. I had to run to drop them off, and we caught up with the group just in the nick of time. We weren’t the only ones in this situation. Please add this to the admission procedure. Otherwise, the climb up to the Duomo is worth it, and so is the cathedral itself.

Mary was our English speaking guide for the day and she was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the paintings, sculptures and to our delight, the musical instruments. We were excited to see an original Stradavarius violin and learn about its origins and commission. We booked this tour very last minute (about 30 mins prior to the start time). Communication with the provider was excellent and the ability to skip the loooooong line in a middle of a heatwave was such a blessing. I 100% recommend this tour. Thank you Mary for sharing your knowledge and making the tour something to remember.

It was very easy to get in with the electronic ticket. The audio guide’s explanations were very thorough and easy to understand. The palace is very large, and sometimes it’s hard to tell which way to go based on the audio guide’s instructions. I wasn’t able to enter the royal apartments because, even though admission was free, I had to pick up another ticket, and that hadn’t been made clear beforehand. Otherwise, everything was perfect. Highly recommended!
