It was very nice, but one hour in the Adam Look is very short for 2 drinks. It takes about 10-15 minutes to get upstairs after entering and you have to be back downstairs 15 minutes before the ship departs. That leaves 30 minutes for upstairs, which is very short if you want to see everything.
The tour was really great and informative. Unfortunately there are no headphones, contrary to the advertisement, an English version comes over the loudspeakers - other languages via cell phone (if you don't have headphones with you, you have to listen to it loudly).
All in all a great experience. Beautiful view in the Panorama Restaurant and beautiful views on the canal cruise.

I really enjoyed the museum, an experience I recommend!!! Unfortunately we did not do the canal trip because we were disappointed with the one we did two days before. Plus it was raining and the starting point was far from the museum I recommend moving the departure closer to the museum.

The canal cruise was a lovely way to explore and see the city. The audio came on when needed but was not a constant. Refreshments not for sale on board so take your own on this one. The Heineken brewery was okay, trying to create an experience of being brewed and bottled yourself was a bit weird but having a free drink in a bar at the end made up for it! The photo and video are emailed to you free which was good.

We had a fantastic experience, and your staff are so friendly, especially the young man with the train track tattoo collecting glasses on Sunday 15th, he explained the reasoning behind the tattoo and told us a bit more about his experience as an Heineken employee which he thoroughly enjoys and is an asset to the company.

Girl giving the tour was great craic. Answered all our questions while having a laugh. Offered everyone drinks and checked to see regularly did we want anything. Went back for a group that were at the wrong location. Let girls go for a bathroom stop and never seemed annoyed or bothered. All the facts she had were really interesting as well. Best tour I've been on. Captain was sound as well
