CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/55 stars because there really is nothing to complain about. The boat was exceptionally clean and spacious. It departed from the starting point on time and returned almost exactly 60 minutes later. The audio tour was also very interesting. The length of each segment was well-chosen. The information about the various sights was presented in an engaging way. Our tour guide also made the beginning and the end of the trip fun and was very personable.FFanny A
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5The boat tour really gave us a good overview of Amsterdam, Anne Frank, and the key sights. Then we went to visit Madame Tussauds, and it was great—the only downside was the crowds.KKoen S
GroupVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5A Positive Experience with One Minor Point to Note We enjoyed the GVB Public Transportation Pass combo ticket, which included a 1-hour canal cruise with Lovers Canal Cruises. The GVB 3-day pass was also very easy to activate, and we were able to choose our own start time. The boat tour was beautiful and a fun way to explore Amsterdam from the water. An extra bonus was the captain, whose hilarious sense of humor created a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommended! One minor drawback was the communication regarding the canal cruise. We didn’t receive the email with the QR code for the boat tour until the day of the cruise. As far as we could tell, it wasn’t clearly stated anywhere that this would be sent only on the day of the tour. As a result, it remained unclear for a moment whether we would actually receive the QR code. The name of the boat company wasn’t mentioned until that same day either. But all in all, it was a very successful combination, with a beautiful boat tour and a particularly friendly captain. 👍KKlaus F
FamilyVerified booking3 weeks ago5/5Ordering and paying were very easy. The documents arrived very quickly via email and were also available in the app. Using the day pass was very easy. The one-hour canal cruise was a lot of fun; we got to see parts of the city we wouldn’t have discovered otherwise. The boat guide was very informative and shared a lot of additional details. I’d do it again anytime.BBoiko M
