SoloVerified booking2 days ago4/5It’s supposed to be simple, after all. But since we were charged twice on our credit card for our 48-hour pass, we didn’t think that was right. The system is actually supposed to be secure enough to prevent something like that from happening. This was the first time it happened to us in Amsterdam. In other cities, such as Barcelona, Vienna, Prague, etc., it has always worked, and we’ve never been disappointed.LLuisa G
SoloVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5The trams were always on time and ran at frequent intervals. Unfortunately, the scanner often didn't work right away. The QR code needs to be larger in Apple Wallet to be recognized at all. Scanning takes too much time and takes too long—especially on the tram. Strict checks are important and necessary, but digital codes aren’t yet the best solution for this.GGuido S
SoloVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5Public transportation is on time and very clean. However, there were some issues with the QR code on my phone screen during check-in. We briefly held up traffic because the QR code wasn’t recognized. After a few attempts, we tried a different door. At the doors with the least scratched windows, though, the scanner works on the first try. Still, it’s 100% better than in Germany.PPigache C
SoloVerified bookingJun 20265/5The transportation service offered fully meets my expectations. The ticket booking system is simple and efficient. It worked perfectly when I used the transportation services. I highly recommend using Headout for your trips in Amsterdam.PPetrus L
CoupleVerified booking2 weeks ago5/5The trip to Roelof Hartplein went without a hitch. On the way back to the Uithoorn tram/bus station, we were faced with a 60-minute delay due to a traffic accident. We had to wait 60 minutes in the blazing sun.
