The tickets was easy to buy, the only downside was that we got put on a tour with a school glass that kinda ruined the Amsterdam dungeon tour because they didn't behave, mad noice and made it difficult to hear what the actors said. But all in all a good time

The audio guide didn't play, so we didn't get any information. The explanations were only in Dutch, which we unfortunately don't understand. All in all, it was too expensive for what it offered, and we wouldn't take it again.

It was a great experience. Spooky and fun at the same time. The kids (ages 10 and 12) really enjoyed it, too. The actors were fantastic.
