There is just one entrance to the Melbourne Skydeck, which is through the Eureka Tower. The average wait time is about 30 minutes on crowded days, allowing for quick entry. A super-fast elevator will take you to the Skydeck within 40 seconds.
- Weekends generally get quite crowded, so if you want a more relaxed experience, visit on one of the weekdays. Sunset hours also tend to get crowded because of the spectacular views, but it may well be worth the visit.
- The summer months from December to February is the peak season to visit Melbourne, attracting higher crowds at the Skydeck. The low season is from June to August, but it may get quite chilly as well. September and October usually have moderate temperatures and attract fewer crowds, making it the best time for an off-season visit.
