Unmissable sites

The National Archaeological Museum in Naples is one of the many fantastic attractions accessible with the Artecard Campania. It has a magnificent collection of ancient artifacts from the Roman and Greek civilizations. The ruins of Pompeii, a Roman city that was buried when Mount Vesuvius erupted in 79 A.D., are among them.

Besides Paestum, a major archaeological site with 3 Greek temples and a remarkably intact ancient city center, the ruins of Herculaneum, another Roman city buried by Vesuvius' lava flow, can be seen as well.
