It is fine to exchange ticket in visitor center but hope we can have a chance to order digital card without exchanging the ticket. The card is worthy for us and save a lot of money for the fee of transportation, cable, and entrance of Musuems.

I liked the friendly people in the city. And of course the Getreidegasse once up & down. The castles are still on the list for the next visit. And an opera with marionettes? Great idea. I'm not usually into operas, I'm more in line with Voltaire: "In the opera, people are paid for what they shout."

The Salzburg card was easy to retrieve at the train station right after we arrived, without having to get to another location. It was readily accepted everywhere we went without hesitation, and we were able to use it at several locations. I would buy it again if visiting Salzburg. ( I cannot say these things about the Munich Card, where we had the opposite experience.)
