The Salzburg card was fantastic value and absolutely worth it. The partners and attractions were all interesting and fully enjoyable. We visited the folklore museum, Festungsbahn, DomQuartier, Fortress Museum, Mozarts Birthplace, Untersberg Cable Car, Hohensalzburg fortress, Monchsberg Lift and the Hellbrunn Palace & Trickk fountains. We found the Hohensalzburg fortress particularly interesting and enjoyed the funicular. The trick fountains were also really fun and the history of mozart was very interesting. I would highly recommend the Salzburg Card.

I bought the ticket online. I got an email giving me clear instructions on where I had to go to collect my Salzburg day card with a google map location link as well. When we reached the information office, it was an extremely smooth process. Infact the person at the office explained very calmly and clearly all the activities included with the Salzburg card. She also informed me about the attractions that were temporarily not available due to maintenance work.

The city is lovely and well worth a visit. The State rooms in the castle were the highlight for me as they were so unusual and beautiful. Stunning views from the windows. Clearly explained in English on the information boards which made the tour very easy to follow.
