CoupleVerified booking3 weeks ago4/5The tour was fine, but the channel assignments for the different languages were completely wrong. Dutch was well above channel 10, not on channel 2 as indicated on the schedule in the bus. The driver navigated the city very skillfully.RRobert M
SoloVerified bookingLast week4/5The driver was very helpful with assistance and information. Audio worked well. Good start for visiting Salzburg. Enjoyed it.RRudolf V
CoupleVerified bookingJun 20265/5The trip out to Hellbrunn Palace was really great; unfortunately, it rained the whole time on June 10, and there are a lot of construction sites around right now.SSusanna H
SoloVerified bookingMar 20263/5I've done several of this kind of bus tour as a way of learning about a city and getting my bearings. This tour was disappointing compared to those others, right from the start because the bus driver didn't interact at all with his customers - no welcome or explanation of how to listen the audio guide. There was no sense of his being anything other than a driver. Then once I'd worked out how to use the audio guide, the information shared on it felt minimal. I can't say I learnt much about Salzburg and its history from it (found out more on Wikipedia) - and I did get a bit sick of the same clip of Mozart music over and over again! It was nonetheless a pleasant way of getting round Salzburg.EEvija E
CoupleVerified bookingMar 20263/5You can explore much more on foot and visit all the sights. It's a closed bus, so photos through the windows aren't very good. For €15, I'd say it's okay, but it's really not worth €30. I've been to many countries and cities with hop-on hop-off buses, so I know what I'm talking about.
