Seamless activation

• Download the My CityPASS app and add your pass using the email from your order confirmation, then enter the verification code sent to your inbox.

• Use the app for maps, opening hours, entry details, and trip planning.

• Reservations are required at the Empire State Building, AMNH, Top of the Rock, 9/11 Memorial & Museum, Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island ferry, Circle Line, Intrepid Museum, and Whitney Museum. They’re recommended at the Guggenheim Museum.

• Book early in the app, and remember your pass must be valid on the day of the reservation.

Validity:

• Before activation: Your pass is valid for one year from the date of purchase.

• After activation: It activates automatically on the first day you visit an attraction or have a reservation, and is valid for 9 consecutive days, including that day. For example, if your first attraction visit is on the 10th, your pass is valid through the 18th.
