Best things to do in Edinburgh

Seeing alot of animals that you wouldn't normally see every day was fab. Monkey enclosure was closed which was a shame. We spent 3 hours and also a meal whilst there. It was a very hot day so the kids were getting tired and grumpy otherwise we probably would have spent a little more time there. My older child with us was the map reader nick named " the sat nav" he's nearly 12 so gave him good practice at map reading.

Commentary in each area was very informative a good mix of detail and fun facts The Red route took in all areas we wanted to see Hop on hop off enabled us to see where we wanted to be and maximise our time in the city The drivers were very helpful and friendly

This is our first time traveling via rail in Europe and we had a wonderful time. We only experienced one late train which is saying a lot. We wish transportation worked this well in the US as we would use it much more than driving.

I loved seeing the Scottish home of the royal family and was grateful to hear the audio in Portuguese. Delighted with the conservation of the rooms and gardens. Good to know that we were able to witness the existence of this place and see how everything is so well preserved and protected.

A really enjoyable experience. Robbie the tour guide catered to all ages in a really friendly, enjoyable and knowledgeable manner. Really made my kids day.

Friendly knowledgeable driver. Wonderful sights of the Highlands and everything fitted well with good breaks for refreshments etc. Boat trip marvellous.

The opportunity to choose between three lines and explore the individual sights. Then get back on and continue your journey. The friendly staff contributed to an unforgettable experience.
