About River Wonders
This open-aired aquarium is home to over 11,000 different animals and features freshwater river habitats, giant pandas, and other fascinating creatures from all over the world. Here's everything you need to know about the zoo.
River Wonders is the smallest of the three zoos at Mandai Wildlife Reserve. It covers about 12 hectares of land out of the 89 hectares of total area.
River Wonders was not always known by its current name! When it first opened in 2012, it was known as River Safari; in October 2021, they renamed themselves to River Wonders.
While it is known to be a open, freshwater aquarium, River Wonders also has over 400 species of exotic plants that populate the various habitats at the park.

The zoo has only one main entrance and is located between Singapore Zoo and Night Safari, within Mandai Wildlife Reserve.
