Didn't know how to redeem the pass for tickets, the Hop-On Hop-Off staff were extremely unfriendly, annoyed and didn't want to take the time to help us. (Had several people on one pass) Did not manage to do a tour in time, this would be late in the evening, could not give the tickets back, although the show would only be in the evening. It is difficult to decide on the number of activities in advance, as you don't know whether you will be able to do everything in time.Tim

I’m writing to express my disappointment with our recent purchase of five attractions for two people at a total cost of $453. Despite this significant expense, we’ve only received a 10% discount on tours and other activities, which barely amounts to $100 in savings. This leaves us feeling that we've paid over $350 with little value in return. We attempted to contact customer service and the help line to discuss our concerns, but unfortunately, we have yet to receive a response. This lack of support has only added to our frustration. I strongly believe this package did not deliver the value promised, and I would appreciate a response regarding how this situation can be rectified. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
